There are many chromium browsers in China that support XP. You can uncheck all the checkboxes when installing in chupakabra repack, then it will be English (and some Chinese words). The original 360 installer is too trojan, the Russian repacks are better, but they are in Russian. However, as with all classic fox browsers, there are problems with Github and especially Gitlab.
